| Retirement 401(k) Plan
from Abel Business Services |
| Abel Business Services maintains
a 401(k) retirement plan that our client companies may participate in at
their option.
This plan is what's called a "multiple-employer" plan that allows each of our clients maximum flexibility in deciding how much of the employee contribution to "match". Since many of our clients are small businesses without the money and resources to provide a 401(k) on their own, this makes an excellent reason to consider using employee leasing through Abel Business Services, Inc. Maintaining a 401(k) plan is an expensive proposition which involves yearly fees and monthly maintenance charges for every employee. Abel does not include these fees in our regular billing invoices to you unlike some of our competitors. This saves you a lot of money if you choose not to have a 401(k) plan for your employees. If you choose to provide a retirement plan for your employees, then Abel will assess an extra $10 per month for each eligible employee... far less expensive than setting up your own retirement plan. The management firm for our retirement plan is The Best of America. Each employee will have access to a personal online account where they can decide their allocations among 25 mutual funds. | "A
word to the wise" fable
Because the money you invest grows exponentially, it is most important to start investing when you are young. If your money is growing at 10% a year, then it will double every 10 years. Consider this investment fable. William and John are two men aged 65. Starting when he was 20 year old, William put $2,000 in his 401(k) plan at the end of each year for 20 years. After 20 years, he stopped completely. For this example his money earns 10% every year. The same year he stops contributing, John starts. He is age 40. He invests the same amount of $2,000 per year for 25 years at the same rate of return, 10%. They both reach 65 years old in the same year. William has more
than $1.2 million in his 401(k).
