What is
a Quick Quote?
This is a non-binding proposal. It will
show you what Employee Leasing can do for you and the fee structure.
How long does it take?
Typically about 5 - 10 minutes to fill in the
adjacent information and submit it.
It takes about 24 - 48 hours to get a quote back.
What does Employee Leasing Cost?
Typically, Employee Leasing will result in long
term savings over doing it yourself or using a "payroll service". Most
small companies do not realize the full real costs of employee payroll
and benefits administration. The U. S. Chamber of Commerce estimates employee
overhead to be about 8% of payroll.
Costs include far more than just doing the payroll
and tax deposits. Hours can be used up balancing the books, filling out
forms, and making trips to the bank. Then there are more hours reseaching,
understanding, and comparing benefits, e.g. healthcare options, retirement
plans, workers' compensation, and unemployment. Writing an Employee Handbook
or Job Descriptions from scratch can be expensive. New governmental laws
can create a minefield when you try to hire a new employee. Because
Abel uses trained professionals and has economies of scale, we can perform
the same functions at lower cost.

Our Quick Quote is a "starting point" for
negotiations.

We have some negotiating room within our rates.
You may be able to offer a counter proposal that is acceptable to us.
