What is Employee Leasing?

When you choose to use an employee leasing service, Abel for instance, we become responsible as your "co-employer" for all the payroll and employee related paperwork and duties. Thus, you can get on with the real job you envisioned when you started your business. You still decide who you want as your workers, what pay rate you want to pay them, and their job description.

Let's use an example. Let's say you have three employees plus yourself.

This week you have just finished your payroll, figured out how much you have to deposit for payroll taxes and the deadlines. You know employees have been looking at other companies that have group health insurance and 401(k) retirement plans because you don't. You want to keep these employees, so you would like to offer these benefits, but you have checked and the health insurance is too expensive and the 401(k) is too complicated and it costs $1,800 a year plus a per employee fee.
